Interpreters work with the spoken word, converting speech from a source language into a target language.

A court interpreter, i.e. a court translator, is a person authorized by the court to provide speech translation or issue a certified translation of a document. With his/her signature and stamp the court translator guarantees that the translation fully corresponds to the original.
